I am Cindy Tefft, LMT and have practiced massage therapy since graduating from Dr. Welbes College of Massage Therapy in 1992. I am a long time member of the AMTA. Prior to becoming a massage therapist, I was an elementary school teacher, graduating from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. I became certified in Zero Balancing in 1999 and completed the teacher training program in 2004. I am the proprietor of Crossroads Massage Clinic In Omaha, NE. My practice includes massage therapy and Zero Balancing, helping people to realize their full potential. I have worked with and enjoy working with children as well as adults. I also work with people in concert with their mental health therapists, who are seeking help with post-traumatic stress disorder and anxiety and have developed a network of professional people who are facilitators of complementary healing modalities.
I enjoy biking and being outdoors in nature. My real passion is my work in massage therapy and Zero Balancing. I bring my talent as a former elementary school teacher to the classes I teach, working with all types of learning styles and incorporating clarity and compassion with respect for the work of ZB., as well as fun.
Courses that I teach to other bodyworkers: ZB I and ZB II, Review Days, Geometry of Healing, Review Day: Variations of the Protocol, Review Day: Frames, Fulcrums, and Fine Art. I am also available for 1 or 2 hour talks introducing Zero Balancing and the principles associated with Zero Balancing. This is available to the general public. If you would like to sponsor a Zero Balancing class, you may receive free tuition depending on class size!
ZBI and ZBII are on the schedule for early 2019!
